1.    October summary read

2.    Financial Report- Iris

    1. Donations- Jerry

3.    Committee Reports

    1. Arts & Crafts- Brian

      1. Meeting on December 9 at 6:30

      2. Set guidelines

      3. Ability to get grant from Nancy Basket

      4. Need someone to get Mary Ellen and Carol Ann on phone for meeting

    1. Grants- Michelle

      1. Nancy Basket- fellowship grant to look in to

      2. SCAC grant final report deadline is 12/30

      3. NEA grants because we are 501 (C)(3) possible

    1. Building & Grounds- Neal

      1. Work Day December 5

        1. Deborah & Charles Creech painting inside of building

        2. Lunch on grounds

      1. Waiting on supplies for roof because of rain

      2. Drop cord to trailer? (noted trailer has power already)

      3. Safety: do not drive past trailer when grounds are wet

      4. Nature trail- hope to be complete by spring (300yd)

      5. More tipi poles

      1. Neal- is a sweat lodge ok?

      1. Craig- architectural diagram of sook from Charleston

      2. Neal- buy trees in memory of people

    2. Homer- pictures of Rolling Thunder next year- they said they were treated better here than other places
